i received Mail Art from Dustin Cecil

a painting, a postcard, and another one of those hand-bound 'recycled' booklets --

in addition to my original envelope, this one includes DC's rough drafts, printed poetry from C. Mehrl Bennett, and a repurposed Financial Aid form (shouldn't that be redacted?)

AND Dustin provided an explanation of sorts of artistic intentions:

sincere thanks for responding to my query; makes me think of Jacques Jouet's line: "Culture is making something into something else" as well as Mike Dyar's boomerang mail artworks. please understand that this kind of 'challenge' may take me some time to address... all best wishes for 2023
