Guilt Appeasing Blogjam: DVS, Jon Foster, Alicia Starr, David Stafford, Carina Granlund

The Top Left is David's long awaited release of his early works. These have been lost for over ten years after the Santa Fe Monsoon of 2003. He is in negotiations with Sotheby's to sell this for a cool million. To the right of this gem, is a piece from Alicia Starr. I project constant insecurity onto Alicia, so mail from her always is reassuring. I feel I should know who is pictured, but alas and alack, I do not. On the bottom is the back of DVSez new series of Fake Richard Canards. He has done a masterful job mimicking Richard's unique brand of wit, absurdity, and wisdom. As with Richard originals, I am left scratching my head wondering is this nonsensical? or am I just not getting it? or both? That it is on the back of a roach motel is a departure from Richard's use of mostly food packaging, but DVS had to make it his own somehow. Now I am scratching my head for a different reason--I am grossed out at the thought of all those roaches and it's making my skin crawl. For a mid-season interlude, next up is Carina's listpo:

This piece from Carina is thick and cushiony making it very haptic trashpo. Carina found this fantastic list, which is a flea market find (she wrote flee market, which I believe is appropriate as she probably encoutered a lot of bad art and dust that made her want to flee)Translated (she wrote transleted which I find to be another subliminal --a combo of translate and delete) this is a list of journeys made from 1978. It is someone's very exciting travelogue. Beautiful!

Here is the front side of the fake RC, David's rare lost art, and a great packing tape transfer which could only be from Jon Foster. I was glad to be on the list again as I hadn't received any JF pieces in awhile. Thanks for the great mail art everyone!!!!

Lemurs are my best audience as it turns out.

Dianetics. Of course. This all makes sense now.

David's recent book received high praise from the New Yorker

David Stafford's  "How To Quiet The Monkey Mind" is a breakthrough in the self-help industry. Not only does he translate his complex esoteric concepts into plain English, he also translates it into Lemurian. You too can achieve the zen calm and bliss that has taken David years to achieve. He gives practical and easy tips to expand your consciousness, such as:  Quit Yer Bitchin' and Deal, Get Over Yourself, and Buy My Book Before It Ends Up  At Target.  The best bit of wisdom I gleened from this book was to begin each day stating my gratitude and intention" Shut the Fuck Up No One Cares."  ---L. Ron Hubbard post mortem

A lot of these posts are by people who are not Clears. There's more engrams than a garbage truck on the way to landfill. Required audits, I say.

There was a whole copyright issue with the Outer Limits show as they 'cribbed' it from us after hacking one of our group meditations. We routinely traverse the 'outer limits'--more specifically the Jupiter Realms. The aliens who created us are from Zeta Reticulae. The key difference is that Dkult's doctrine is Science Verite and not Science Fiction. All of your DNA samples are stored in a secure vault under 'highly intelligent'. I've seen it myself and I hate to break the news to you==but you have many hybrid children.

Very amusing and good work!  Thanks Diane :)

Excuse me, David. Diane does not "crib." Diane "channels," especially the Outer Limits videos. However, I think your science fiction makes a far better foundation for Diane-etics, IMHO.

I'm just so grateful I could be here to witness the birth of a new facet of the d-kult. (Diane, I'm with you on creation theory but are you sure you didn't crib that from an old episode of Outer Limits?)

DK, I was just going to write you are starting to sound like L. Ron Hubbard. Then I realized.

Dianetics. Diane-tics. Diane-etics. OMG
