Fire and Ice Conceptual Piece from Thom Courcelle

The back says "Fluxus is Neither Hot Nor Cold".  I have been wanting one of Thom's knit pieces since I first saw them. This piece is truly amazing I don't know how he thought of this. thank you so much Thom!

that makes it even more amazing Thom--it was instantly recognizable as a flame. Does this mean that Fluxus is tepid? I am so happy to finally be in the knit-mail club and while I like your others I think mine is the bestest:)

Hey, thanks for the nice comments.  ALWAYS glad to know these make it through the postal war zone... except in cases of foreign mail, I ship 'em in those clear polypropelene envelopes, cause I think it's so cool to show the piece like it was under a glass frame, but sometimes the P.O gives me a hard time.  

 

This piece is actually TRASHPO, in addition to FLUXUS KNIT MAIL, Diane!!  I found that coppery-wirey blob on a hidden rainforest road one morning while I was running, and it was totally the inspiration for this piece!
