Editions 13 and 14 were the last issues that Cheryl Penn made the half A4 size: 15x21 cm,

for "Mail Art Makes the World a Town",

they were bond with spiral, but expensive for postage from South Africa:

Edition 15 and this Edition 16 are now "postcard" size: 10x15 cm  and  are collected

in a finely designed envelope or cover without binding, better for postage surely.
