Great fat envelope of stuff from Austin- TEXAS!! This was a belated birthday pack and my first mailing from Austin. A BIG Robbie the robot stamp, I remember him making a guest appearance on Lost In Space! Thanks so much Austin! LOVE IT!! I'm preparing your return mail already!!
Another first mailing from Jill French, beautiful pack of fun again, I had it in my hands and didn't know how to open it, the stitching was so lovely all around the edges! And it had a beautiful lavender scent!! Eventually I found a glued slot on the side which I pried open and got to my goodies, a collage and cute smelly heart...apparently for my studio to ward off snakes! Hope it won't attract them? I'm keeping it under my pillow instead! LOVE THIS!
And LASTly...from Alicia Starr, I also received an ART LAST!
There are a few of these going around, but only TWO are special red ones, (Katerina got the other sole mate!) to go with the Red Bag which is currently visiting Nancy Bell Scott. If you haven't met the Red Bag, you can read about her adventures and see more pics of this fancy artwork in the featured photo section in Photos, called To Noone Yet, and see what she's been up to. (eating bananas and breaking hearts apparently!) LOVE THIS too Alicia!
BIG FAT KISSES to you guys for the BIG FAT MAIL ART!!! XXX

Austin, that was one cool jam session! Me likey!!
Ha Ha! That's funny, Mary! I forgot how confusing it was here at the start, but you'll get the hang of it! I'm sure that if you sent a big fatty mailing to someone nice (like Austin or even me!) you would receive a big fatty mailing in return! ;-)
So...this is a blog not a swap site? I'm very confused and don't know what I'm doing (nothing new). I thought you were trading Big Fat Mail packs and I wanted in. So sorry.
And, thank you for your offer to help our fundraiser. Will send receipt as soon as it arrives.
Hugs, Mary
Fizzy-Vizzy,
Let me check, it was Mail-Art Mix #4, correct? Oh! It was "Scarlet Begonias" & "Fire on the Mountain" by The Grateful Dead as one long jam.

Not sure what you mean Mary...Big fatty mailings is just the name I gave to this blog! I'll send something for your fundraiser soon. :-)
Austin, I played your CD on the weekend while in the studio, very groovy. Who was the first codger?? I couldn't put my finger on it! The last song had me laughing! Kermit!
I would love to join BIG FATTY MAILINGS, but don't know how. Can someone please advise?
In glass! How special! I have mine in the original spinach pack!! I'd better change that! ;-)
Those shoe lasts are something else. I have mine encased in glass.
Oh phew, happy to help!
Oh, actually it is, I was wondering where I'd put that!
