I received this wonderful booklet in a home made envelope.  What you see here is all the pages scanned and put on to one page, printed, scanned again and uploaded.  Now what do I do with the one page copy I printed?  Well, I'm sure it will show up at Svenja's place in one form or another.  Thank you again Svenja.

I posted Dean's "Look and Shred" somewhere (at Bananas?)...it arrived in Greece super fast.

I like the idea that Angie has of doing a combo piece from Dean's shreds..

we can send Angie and SnookyDog color copies and she can assemble a boekie for Samuel.

It is a golden rule in mail art:

once we send our masterpiece OUT, it is owned by the RECIPENT

and he/she may do whatever, however, whenever he/she wants to do ;-)

(Of course, it is nice to "notify" artist of what is happening to the art...but no "permission" needed!)

Good, I'm happy you will keep it.  No news from the ladies in Europe.  Strange?

Angie, I went to the post office and asked for more of those dog stamps, but the lady said that they have been taken out of circulation, but couldn't tell me why.  I'll try to find some more quickly.  Maybe they were tired of cleaning up after the dogs at the post office?

Oh do you think so, Angie?  ;--   I love it; it would be hard to part with.

DO WHAT WITH MY WORK OF ART ?  How dare you!  But then again, it's not a bad idea.  Like a 4 X 4 project, so who sends to who what ........... remember Angie?

Sorry, I might have miss judged the European mail.  I guess they will have theirs by tomorrow.

Very late, time for bed.

Hmm...thoughtful idea, Angie... and Dean will be happy that at least two of us received the works on the same day. He was aiming for four on the same day, we shall see.

Dean's piece arrived here yesterday! The one based on Samuel's add+pass (or as Dean calls it, look+shred, as he is not a fan of add+pass). Sadly, it looks as though the gentle Dean did some violence to Samuel's add+pass. I weep for Samuel and hope Dean will go back to mail art school and learn some basic rules. Here is Dean's wonderful work, though, thank you monsieur!

Thank you Angie for the link.  I had no idea how this works.  I will try to "pull it together" (key words there), and add a page before sending it to Katerina.

Nice try Katerina, but if I can "get it together" (key words there), I will add a page before sending it to you.

No problem Svenja, I'm not just a fan of add & pass for now.  I have enough of my own ideas for now, and not enough time to do them.  At this time, add & pass takes time away from the things I want to do.  Also in a nice way, to me, add & pass turns Mail Art into work.  Meaning someone is asking you to do something which is simular to a day job.  But when I receive it, Odeanarium comes through and does it anyway.

Please note: Very clever Odeanarium has timed the mailings of these 4 pieces so that you all receive it on the same day.  Well it's worth a try, but I'm not sure if it will work.

O Dean, arium, äh, sorry, I didn't know that you don't like the Add and Pass, no more to come from me. But now I'm eager to see what you send to us!!!!

Yay! "Something" coming from Dean in the mail! ( so says my postgal ;-)

Dean, IF, and I am saying just IF you send me the "Odeanarium" in an ENVELOPE,

then you can fold up Samuel's add & pass and include it inside the ENVELOPE.

that way, I can "add" to the add & pass and "pass" it to him in Argentina!

I do not do add&pass,either... but only for "E" and Samuel...
