just got a mailart that I'd sent to ex posto facto on 29 Aug 2024 returned "address unknown"

It was addressed:

c/o Julie Paquette AKA ex posto facto

6120 Swiss Ave

Dallas, TX 75214

Can anyone correct me on the address, PLEASE!?
