Artist in seine #2 also arrived, this wrapped in paper bag?

The postal clerk "assumed" that the paper bag being from France,

must be wrapped with the other item from France...and rubber-band fastened, too.

However, while one might expect a paper bag from In Seine, it was indeed from TiAr…
