I saw my son enraptured by Ray Charles on youtube - and I was thrilled to show him Connie's mail with the Ray Charles stamp. He was quite taken with it! 

This blogging thing gets away from me. I've got stuff that goes back to the late Creataceous age. So...I resolve to make no more mail art until I catch up with my thank yous. What prompts this totally unworkable resolution is an amazing mandala that arrived today from Suus. Check it out. This is a person who can stay between the lines. After my lizard brain is through…

When I first joined this site, I drooled over Amy's fibre art pieces. I was thrilled to receive one of my own! And when I saw it,I was blown away by how perfectly the colours coordinated with my decor. Telepathy? No...she later reminded me that I had sent her some of the sari-ribbon which she had then used to make my quilted card!…

This was one of the first pieces of mail art I received, and is one of my favourites. Its drawn on something that looks and feels like silky tissue paper.
