First Days at the International Union of Mail-Artists

Its quite fun to be starting out on a new page. A slight lack of swaps for international mail on Swap-bot brought me here searching for more places to fulfil my needs as an ATC crafter as more and more the cost of regular mail goes up and the services slow down, who knows it might just be a UK thing but I don't live anywhere else to know the full extent of their mail art postage woes. Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: Mail art has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager, it was always a way of connecting with a larger community of folks who liked to draw and were prepared to use a mail box to exchange those drawings. Its been a massive part of my life and I don't think I'll ever stop making and posting art.

Outside of things in the mail art world, I am a freelance illustrator. That means I am often drawing for a living or attending conventions with my artwork.
I am training to become a potter, sculpture and ceramic art are a new fantastic world of things to explore and its equally as amazing. Like the first time I discovered I liked gouache, this is a journey at its start and its great.
