"thank you for the messages, yes, I do know this is NOT mail art. I just thought that the broader appeal for assistance from AN ARTIST COMMUNITY would give new leads, I am sorry if I bothered anyone that was not my intent at all. Everyone…"
"It is signed Reva in 1965, but it does not look like Reva Jackman’s signature to me. She died in 1985. Reva Urban, would end up just signing her paintings as Reva, she died in 1987. But this style of art does not look like hers. Neither of…"
"Religious art is not very often in the world in mail art, especially framed pieces. I doubt you will find the author of that work. I am in mail art from around 1987. & I never saw anything similar.

There are many artists on iuoma with much more art knowledge than me. I have had this painting for a long time and can not find any info on the artist or image... This is my plea for help in identifying my Rabbi.
because making my own postcards to send through POSTCROSSING is more fun than sending tourist cards.
I find my bliss with paper and glue. I have been drawing and making art seriously since high school (aprox.45yrs), just not getting paid to do it.
I'm a Retired Librarian that can play with paper paint and glue anytime I want to. I use things that I have on hand I seldom purchase paper goods. I'm attempting to use up all my materials along with destashing extras

Just read your comment about not knowing what to do with the A&Ps and I think I quite often do what you're doing - work on them as far as feeling 'finished' and then send them back to where they started.
Did you see Jack Latteman / Cascadia Artpost's recent card from his mass shredding? Wonderful image, but I can't bring myself to destroy the cumulative work!
Hi Renee! Thank you so much for the feel mail! Such a beautiful, collaged booklet! I'm enjoying looking at it and feeling all the textures. You wrote about the Add & Pass I sent you... YES - by all means, if you would like to fill it up yourself, I would be honored to get it back filled with your lovely artwork! Thank you so much for the time and effort that's going to take you! Take Care, Pam
