The postcards you received are from Atte Ourie in Finland. He seems to decide to keep on sending mail art for people but it seems he chooses not to receive mail art in return from people. No one seems to know his postal address. But he is an IUOMA member, as far as I remember, so you could leave a comment on his profile if you like 🤓
