- Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
- This is brand new to me. I am a beginner. I start now, today. I became interested in mail art because I am an artist/writer/researcher who is working on a writing project about my parents' hundreds of post-WWII letters, and I'm now getting obsessed with letters and postcards as modes of communication and art. I want to extend my interest to mail-art, and look forward to sending and receiving mail-art! See my newsletter https://jeanvengua.substack.com

Hi, folks. I've been away, working on a local museum project (https://jeanvengua.substack.com/p/a-matter-of-trust ). Also overwhelmed by, ya know, life & stupid government hijinks. Still appreciating mail art as an alternative to the art market world (and as things get crazier, the more significant this alternative seems), so I'm back.

Thank you Susan Gnaedinger for this beautiful mail art. I also learned that there is a thing called "non-machineable" mail and postage!
