Comment by Ilya Semenenko-Basin on January 31, 2025 at 11:08am: Moan Lisa is Mark, who now lives in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan). He moved away from the Mail Art somewhat. His old (American) mailing address is invalid. It doesn't make sense to send anything by mail to his name in Iowa.
