I just heard there are bad fires in NSW again, also South Australia, Victoria and Queensland is under threat.  Climate change appears to be upon us.

Glad to hear that you are well. And safe. Sorry to hear that the Outsiders' Art is in danger.

(My sister lives in Terrigal, North of Sydney. her family spent Christmas a few years ago in a Communbity Centre when a fire threatened her area and they were all evacuated at very short notice. When they were allowed to return, they found that the fire had --just-- missed their property.)

Thanks for your thoughts Val.  I am lucky my home is in a relatively safe spot on the coast.  I have however been working in the forested ranges of Warburton where people were evacuated last week due to a bushfire threat and I have to return there in a few days so I am hoping the weather remains temperate.  I have been archiving a collection of Outsider Art the safety of which has caused some concern. I guess that's the cost of living on the driest of continents.
