Here is a photo and a link if you would like to see the poster. It says that he asked for 12 bottles of wine instead of money.

There was also an exhibition in my town of Picasso's drawings, prints, and monotypes from the early phase of his work. These were from the private collections of people from Serbia. There were also pieces on display that are said to have been made in only 5 or 6 copies. I wasn't particularly impressed; it didn't really resonate with me. I prefer his other phases.

The information about Picasso's participation in the creation of Serbian posters is very interesting, I did not know this.

The art of the film poster flourished in the 20th century, it is a very special genre!

I attended an exhibition of film posters from Serbian (and ex-Yugoslav) cinema. There were posters for movies designed by Picasso—some war, or rather anti-war films, based on historical records. They say he did them absolutely free of charge, maybe just for a dinner and drinks. It's also interesting that on several occasions when the Serbian painter Petar Lubarda participated alongside Picasso at biennials (for example, twice in Sao Paulo), Picasso failed to win the award, which he usually won when Lubarda wasn't participating. Just wanted to share a few of my thoughts so I'm not just giving you these likes for no reason.😂❕
