Comment by DollyDotBoo on June 1, 2021 at 8:56am: I just drew my picture with glue, added salt over it, painted the salt with watercolors. Once dry I sprayed it with glue and applied watercolor died tissue paper. Since this is a postcard I had to unfortunately cover everything with shipping tap.
