So, I recommend you to keep checking this main page, so you can learn how are activeness members. Then, you can start leaving comments under their profiles asking if they would like to exchange mail art with you. As for private messages, you can do so after you become friends with members. Joining IUOMA groups of your interest s is a good idea too!
