    "Hello, can someone help, please?I am not sure how this works.
    1.- Do I nominate someone to send my mail art to?.  No.  There are people like this scribe who already sent "something celestial" to 76 Crescent Road without any previous exchange between us.  

    2.-Does the mail art have to be ATC size ie 2.5 x 3.5 inches?  Whatever the post office accept as mail is acceptable and welcome. 

    3.- I want to use snail mail - is that permitted?  I have been using nothing else than snail mail since I joined IUOMA in 2011.
