I did just receive the certificate!  Even though the envelope was not in the best condition, the certificate inside along with the background information came through just fine!  Thank you for following up on this!  It is an impressive certificate!

I am so glad that my packet to you arrived!  The whales and eagles are dancing in anticipation to be able to deliver another to you!

Thank you for your understanding and thank you that you still want  to present me in your project! I do not even know what to say. 

Yes, the mysterious disappearance of my works a strange story. I asked  the staff of post offices of the our city, and wanted to know the reason for this, but for them it was also strange.
Thanks again! :) I think our mutual understanding is reasonable FOR CULTURAL EXCHANGES.
But I want to virtually show you what was in the envelope :)
I will remember them as Mysteriously Missing ArtWORKS :))
