Свобода слова - одно из основных прав человека и гражданина. Её попирает государство, но за неё борется народ. Человек без права высказывать то, что думает, выражать своё мнение, демонстрировать свою позицию – является рабом.

Время проведения проекта: без ограничений.

Принимаются работы: открытки (почтовые карточки), конверты, фотоснимки, коллажи, картины, гравюры, рисунки, аппликации, марки, штампы…

Формат: не более размера обычного конверта или открытки (около 10х15 см).

Hello Yulia--Your booklet about Andrei Tarkovsky arrived recently. Thank you for a lovingly created artwork. I found films by Tarkovsky on Netflix and will see one soon. What is your favorite? I also looked up Irkutsk on Wikpedia-- your city has a very interesting history!

Hello Yulia--I'm so glad that the mail art arrived safely, although it did take some time to travel there. I have had that bird on the envelope for years waiting for the right person and moment to share it. The photo of you feeding a bird gave me the inspiration to use it. The booklet, which was inspired by water, seemed like it might feel at home in your part of the world. Enjoy your summer!
