Thank you for the birthday wishes.  We had a nice time at Mont Blanc, but on Sunday you could not see your hand in front of your face.  We heard that two people got lost and died.  Not a place to fool around.  Live for today and Rock before tomorrow.  Hope to get something to you soon.  Thank you again.  Dean

hi susan...all's quiet for now...celebrating the prop 8 ruling here has the news feed...they are re-doing the courthouse lawn due to occupiers ---it needed done anyway so they are doing improvements ....I think our people may be re-grouping...the protest is long from over..be well....

Yes this one is from me.  I'm sure it must have been signed "Dean" somewhere.  I never put a return address as I never want them to return to me.  The post office just has to deal with it, no matter what I send.  And it seems to work!  Now that you received it, I will post it on the Banana group part.  Afterall, it is a Banana family.

I am glad the card arrived. So, when you send cards, are they one of the kind or photo copies? I just ask because I am always trying to figure out peoples' processes and yours is hard to figure out!

Thanks for the comment. That is the MA i made yesterday.  Use a Orlando, Fl. map and some images of a wall mural adding some cooor to blend it in. I was cleanning the mess and came out with this. recycling.

USPS stamp? Does it have an old-timey engraving of an eagle on it? I made that in Adobe Illustrator; the eagle is a public domain image from a Dover copyright-free illustration book. I made it as the header image for the tumblr blog for that project...

Thanks for the kind words about the zine. It was a pretty good trip, even if it was a little misleading. Wish I could have gone somewhere like that this coming summer, but no luck. Thinking of doing a follow up zine with some of my old travel journals.
