Nadine, what MA riches you've sent lately. This latest has your  great Miss Butts drawing/painting, and trashpo photo plus robbery suspects photo. You must tell me more about these photos. For starters, which of the suspects is YOU? and who is the other? 'Fess up, please? Thank you thank you!

Nadine, I can not tell you how special your package was to me.. So much thanks from the bottom of my heart....I was all warm and fuzzy inside...and I want to apologize for the lateness in my response...a new foster and (3) sick ones of my own...very stressfull....The ATC was very cute; I love the tenderness and innocence of it...will atually post soon...have to take photos of the gift...take care and a hug... Thank you for your kind words, Nadine - yes, you received the Y2K card - taken in the States somewhere at Y2K - when everyone was waiting for planes to fall out of the sky if the sky didn't fall in first!  Will send one of my recent ones - saw some cards a friend did last night & boy, now I certainly feel inferior - she's a talent - will satisfy my ego by telling myself we all have degrees of talent - some are up there & I'm somewhere around average but am happy with what I achieve! Watch the letterbox!

Hey Nadine, something strange? sounds excellent I can't wait. Speaking of strange, I'm having the strangest time sending something to you. The last wonderful envelope you sent arrived with no cancelled postage. I was so happy and sent it back to you within a day or two. It came BACK to me with postage cancelled saying "No such number". I had it addressed perfectly no different than any other time. So I readdressed it and put new postage on it and will send it out today, but this envelope is like a boomerang. Thanks for the birthday wishes:)

Nadine, the mail art Gods and Goddesses are having a bit of fun here. Walked the envelope for you to the mailbox yesterday and the damn thing came back to me today! It literally travelled about two blocks. What is up with this? I readressed it nothing else different. The little hand pointing at the return address was showing slightly and all I can think is they saw that and got lazy. I scratched it out. Will try again. 

It is ridiculous, but I am determined and I can say that at this point I have completely forgotten what it is I'm so determined to send you:)

Hey Nadine-super shocked it actually arrived! Glad you like the trashpo check book. More photos? How wonderful. Yes, the conspiracy stuff was courtesy of Neil Gordon and I love it. The ink stains on the photos was due to them being at the bottom of my art bucket and I always have ink around too. kind of like that they made themselves. Hope you are having a good week!

You guys are reeeaaally scrutinizing it, aren't you! (For good reason.) I was pretty sure you'd appreciate it. You're twisted enough, haha. It is an amazing thing to behold. I got it years ago in an auction box lot, put a ridiculous price on it in my shop so no one would buy it, and thus had a good amount of time with it. It was time to share the, er, joy. Thanks for the history lesson, and also what must be the scoop on the Mojica part of your name, a name I love.

Nadine: Gracias for your thoughtful and thought-provoking envelopes. The yodelers are, well, far-out! Wonder what means "Yesterday they were functional"? Don't know but I'm laughing. Can I get you to explain the felt apples with the apparently functional clips? What is their function, if it exists? I know, this is asking a lot, but if you have sympathy for the winter of 2012 dense ...

p.s. You sent me a bee stamp, you devil. Where you asked the P.O. to hand-cancel, they didn't. The other envelope's stamps were not canceled at all, which in my book makes up for it.

Yes, 'twas me who sent you felt letters, and the felt apples are mysterious only because of the little plastic clips velcroed to them, which no doubt are artistic license and whim, so my question is over and thank you again Nadine

Quite a card, Morley and that card of his. Of course you'd think of me, I'm so violent. No, but there's death in three directions, so it's perfect! Made me laugh. The beach people are great; we have many like them on the beach here. We're probably even *becoming* them. Great envelope too, Nadine--thanks so much for all, including your nice note.

p.s. The magnet thingy--are you giving me a choice between using the same-sized art card you sent with it or putting whatever I want on it? Here's the answer: yes. If wrong, please let me know.

I have a great love making albums journalling and books handmade.I have  with a personal project to create one of atc or mail art.

Let me make this style with envelopes to save the mail art.

I did not create this but it'll inspire me.

one of the most fantastic things about letters is that you can get so many different types in one day, and the awesome ones make all the difference. i received your envelope on a particularly bad day, and it buoyed my spirits just by arriving. thank you! and as an additional note of awesome, i grew up in north hollywood, so it was like getting a little bit of home in an envelope!
