iHanna was too much fun! But it’s over--Waaaah! So, here’s what I’m going to do. If you PM me your name and snail mail address I will collect people for a new HAND-MADE POSTCARD SWAP. Deadline for sending me your info, December 31, 2018. At that time I will compile partner lists. The number of postcards you will have to make and send will depend on how many sign up, but each person will have no more than 10. This swap is free and open to everyone, so know that if you are in the U.S. and you are assigned a partner who lives outside the U.S. your postcards will cost more to send. I will make an effort, if necessary, to parcel “foreign” trades out evenly. Let's say February 14 for deadline to send to your assigned partners.

Thank you Hanna Anderson, for iHanna and all the swaps it inspires each year!

    18 December 2018

    With Greeting,

    Dear Sir/ Lady,

I am a student and researcher in the field of art and history. It's about ten years that I researched and studied in the field of history and culture of various countries around the world and the role of art in various societies and I use the information resources that the museums and galleries and the historical and artistic institutions put in their websites. However this information isn't sufficient to my research. Therefore I respectfully ask you if possible provide a set of reference and guidance books and other information sources that are in the field of history, art, painting, archaeology, ancient accessories and objects, artists, artistic works and… can help me in my researches and send to my mailing address. Even the books that have been used are very valuable to me. The help and assistance of your venerable institution and the collection of books that you can send to me will be very valuable and useful to me.

    Best Regards

    Yours Faithfully
