The resst of the time my dress is, yes, much more austere -- but I always wear my crown, ermine robe and high heels even when i just go to the shop to buy some bread.

To use it, one would place it over the end of a pen or pencil, give it a spin while gazing down at it and thinking of Nothing. Repeat as many times as is necessary to achieve the desired effect. It may also be placed on a turntable, if one is available, and spun at different speeds for optimal results.
