PROPOSITION:

Technique/Media: drawings, photographs, prints, collages, paintings, digital images

Colour: only black and white 

Size / Format: 10x10cm / ONLY / all other formats will not be accepted

Work number unlimited - No jury - No fee -No return

After the event, all works will be included in the permanent collection of „ŠTIFLA“ Art Gallery.

Call for art “PAIN2” The Hoyt Gallery at the USC Keck School of Medicine presents “PAIN2”, a mail in art/postcard show featuring images depicting physical and mental pain. PAIN2 will run from September 1 – Oct 27, 2017 Our hope is that PAIN2 will give medical students a visual representation of what their future patients will be going though. We want them to see their patients as people, not just symptoms. We need you to draw your personal pains. Deadline for submissions is August 30th, 2017. PAIN2 is open to all visual artists worldwide. Artists retain rights to submitted works, but grant Hoyt Gallery the rights to digital reproduction of their submission(s) to include on the Hoyt Gallery webpage, and PAINARTSHOW Facebook page. www.facebook.com/PainArtShow/ Artists may send their pieces by postal mail to this address: Pain C/O Curriculum Office Keck School of Medicine at USC 1975 Zonal Avenue, KAM 200 Los Angeles, CA 90089, USA.

No inicio de Agosto parto para férias e só regresso a 06 de Setembro.

Appel d’Art Postal

Thème : le voyage / Travel

Mais qu'est-ce que le voyage ?

-          Le voyage c’est communément la rencontre d'un ailleurs : idyllique, déroutant, effrayant….

-          Le voyage est aussi une rencontre : de qui ? de quoi ?

-          C'est un partage, un échange parfois aussi c’est le contraire : tout prendre et tout détruire.

-          Parce que le voyage peut se  trouver dans le réel comme dans l’imaginaire, c’est aussi un rêve ou un cauchemar.

-          Le voyage peut se faire par la contemplation d'un homme, d'une femme, d’un enfant, d’un ami, d’un amour, d’un parent….

-          Le voyage est aussi intérieur, une introspection où l'homme cherche à savoir qui il est, où il va, qui sont ces autres qui l’entourent….

-          Et il y a ce dernier voyage : la mort, la sienne ou celle d'un être qu'on aurait voulu garder un peu plus longtemps.
