Thanks so much for having me. I love vintage, especially from the 40s and 50s. I enjoy using photos, papers (especially old books), and all sorts of ephemera in collages. I will upload some pieces soon.

I cannot tell you anything about this illustration. I searched for vintage on a free database website and found this gorgeous lady. I cannot detect anything about the handwriting, except that it looks very old....
Yes, that's a lovely piece, Carien. The old handwriting seemed unique enough to each person to be a fingerprint. And the surviving examples are all so graceful. Could everyone have been graceful? In handwriting it seems they were!
