Not funny, but rather incompetent at best.

Keep in mind that postal history collectors will pay for these envelopes if they're left intact.  Just remove the contents for resending and you can sell the original cover as is.

more return-to-sender in the mail delivery today :-( sigh

The arrow? the rubber stamping on the back? all the mail art sent to USA in October is being returned. New Mail Art is being sent in clean white envelopes now. Hope they arrive ok.
