Dear friends, this is not the first time I have learned that my American friends have not received my mail. This was not the case before.

I live in Russia. Maybe the US Postal Service has slowed down? Can I send my collages to the US or is it better to wait? If I am waiting, how long should I refrain from sending mail?

hello ilya,
it will not solve the problem of.... expensive delivery services or lost mail art or very late delivery.

i mentioned mad.anyfree.org as a service to track mail art deliveries and to check mid-term, if post is reaching a country. i send a lot and i feel more and more that some deliveries are not happening at all. so i want to know and be able to re-act.

at the same time i want to investigate if it is possible to create a little useful service for all of us here, without data-mining and storing personal data.

if you want to try it, let me know. its free and simple.

best
