Event Description

World AIDS Day is held on 1 December each year and is an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, show their support for people living with HIV and to commemorate people who have died.  World AIDS Day was the first ever global health day; it was first held in 1988.

We hope to call attention to the need for more awareness, improved education, to alleviate prejudice, and call for social justice. You can find out more here: http://www.worldaidsday.org/

The work will be on permanent display at the Fan Free Clinic in Richmond, Virginia USA.

The deadline is: November 21, 2015
This is a short time so please respond soon.
We’re hoping to get 100 pieces of Mail Art.
