Who started this A&P?

Mick Boyle sent me this A&P, and neither of us can identify the person who started it. I think that after my adds, it will be 'finished' and I'd like to send it back to where it started. Can anyone help us?

Bradford / Fluxus Dakota messaged me about it, saying, '... there was someone preying on us here who finally disappeared ... that distinctive green/red spotted pattern identifies their work. ...'. But I'd had A&Ps in 2020 with that type of coloured strip, one from Gerda Osternek and one from Opal Moiety / Jonkari Alex Nu-Jetson.

So - who knows?
