I am convinced that "International Union of Mail-artists" is ideally

shaped to allow member artists to operate in a multifaceted way, without appearing dispersive and/or inconsistent.

Silvia Bordini, scrisse che l'arte elettronica aveva cambiato 

il modo di fare e percepire l'arte. Io aggiungo che molti artisti diventando multimediali, hanno fatto del loro eclettico  modo di fare arte la loro poetica,  orgogliosamente ammettono di "essere il caos", l'essere tutto, tutto insieme, sia la loro natura.

In art, especially today, when many artists are multimedia, we cannot limit creatives, because to some they seem difficult to understand, because the less cultured public misses the contents,

if an artist can truly free himself, perhaps he reaches new poetic discoveries.

In arte, specialmente oggi, che molti artisti sono multimediali, non possiamo limitare i creativi, perchè a qualcuno sembrano poco comprensibili, perchè al pubblico meno colto sfuggono i contenuti,

se un artista riesce a liberarsi davvero, forse giunge a nuove scoperte poetiche.

If Picasso or Van Gogh had lived in this era, what would they have

produced? Would they have become equally great artists?

Perhaps... Maybe Van Gogh would have become a land artist, since he loved nature, and Picasso, multifaceted as he was, would have become a videomaker, or a performer and net artist... (?) ... who knows...

Or neither of the two great artists would have become great in our frenetic and technological era... we cannot know.

We know, however, that artists, like all human beings, are influenced by the world they live in. So we cannot think that great works today resemble Van Gogh's post-impressionism, or Picasso's cubism, unless we quote them in an original way, and in keeping with the current era.

Se Picasso, o Van Gogh fossero vissuti in questa epoca, cosa avrebbero

prodotto? Sarebbero diventati ugualmente grandi artisti?

Forse... Magari Van Gogh sarebbe diventato un land artista, visto che amava la natura, e Picasso, poliedrico com'era, sarrebbe diventato un videomaker, o o un performer e net artista... (?) ... chissà...

Oppure nessuno dei due grandi artisti, sarebbe diventato grande in questa nostra epoca così frenetica e tecnologica... non possiamo saperlo.

Sappiamo però che gli artisti, come tutti gli esseri umani, vengono influenzati dal mondo in cui vivono. Quindi non possiamo pensare che grandi opere, oggi assomiglino al postimpressionismo di Van Gogh, o al cubismo picassiano,  se non citandoli in modo originale, e consono all'epoca attuale.
