Hello all I am just getting started here at MailArt 365. I am an artist from the 909 in Southern California. Been sending mail art since around 1976 when I started drawing on the bill payment envelopes my parents were sending out, Often depictions of gas explosions, electrocutions or floods depending on the addressee. Now I do a lot of woodcut, linocut, collage and found object mailart

Looking forward to sending 1/365 March first.

Welcome! Looking forward to seeing your art. Hope some comes to Box 652! Enjoy!
I will be sure to put box 652 on the hit list
Glad I am not the only one.
Welcome !! I just started too !! Glad I am not the only one....this place takes a while to figure out.

Don't worry. We're simple. Make stuff. Send stuff. Post it on the blog if you want, but don't crazy-yourself. And be sure you put your address in the 'addresses' forum.

Get your gluesticks and stuff, and have a blast!

Me and glue sticks.....uugggg..I can't find one that sticks. I've resorted to Matte Medium.
My quest to find the perfect adhesive is epic. Someday I am going to write a short story about it.
or .. maybe a LONG story. I just can't wait.
Thanks, I will put you on my list as well
I'm with you with the gluesticks, Merdoc...never can seem to get the suckers to stick. I trade off between liquid matte medium, matte gel medium, and matte mod-podge for paper (the blue label) depending on the heft of the paper.
