Well, I have spent an interesting time investigating Mraur, Liss, glyphs, crystal skulls etc...and I know I have only touched the tip of the iceberg...
So interesting also to learn about Karl Schwesig's stamps. Naievely, I thought that artistamps were relatively 'new' - but of course they no doubt date back to the earliest actual postage stamp. I see the earliest one you list is 1900 - but I wonder how many cigar boxes filled with treasures were inadvertently discarded?!
Do you think that one day you might upload all of your artistamps? ( Did you even keep copies of all of them?).
I will be sending you a letter with my first (very first, very rough) attempt at an artistamp - a series of 3,actually. I hope they make you smile! After all, as someone once said, -'a great journey begins with a single step', and 'great art must be licked'.
