cultural emission as pollution

The culture footprint, as I have defined it, is the world change metric that we need to be looking at. How Bad is art ? The Culture Footprint of Everything  introduce a new world economie .Global culture trading system has 'essentially collapsed' How much do allocated permits cost? Allocations of permits to emit culture  will be decided on an individual basis, rather than through international allocation plans as at present. If the plans are accepted every would be creator will have to buy their permits to pollute through an auction process from the beginning of theire emission . For these reasons, the total culture footprint of the average European  need a quick culture calculator  in every field .
