Please help me read the postal address
Dear friends, I have a little book in the ADD/PASS genre and I want to send it on. Unfortunately, I can't make out the address of the initiator, the very first author. Please help me.

That's Cameron Terhune, and I trade mail art with him on a regular basis. He's a prisoner in California.
