Remedios Varo- Have you heard of her?
Sure you've heard of Dali, Miro, Kahlo, and Magritte but how about Remedios Varo?
She created some of my favorite surrealist images. Slowly I am incorporating some of her pieces into my collages for you, my IUOMA friends. I bumped into her work long ago when I studied in Mexico. Hope you can check out her stuff and can tell me what you think.
Can you spot part of her "Ruptura" artwork? I think it goes great with Trader Joe stickers. Old and new combo.
