Interesting performance--raises the question of 'what is an original?'. Really like the overprint effect. I've dabbled in zerox/photocopy art and enjoy the process. Your video reminded me of that experience and I'll have to try it again! Thanks for sharing-and all that you do to keep this a vibrant mail art network.

Comment by Ruud Janssen on February 3, 2013 at 2:05pm Hi De Villo,
Actually I just sent you one of the printed papers in an envelope with some of the left stickers inside too....
It is funny to see stickers as something to be sticked on paper. I liked the idea of a different way of using them. Actually printed on paper that went through a laserprinter first. The inkjet printer put paper on the black lasered paper, and I could use the paper to print (reprint) the image again.
Transferring techniques where using the high tech and the basic tranfer techniques (and off course with some remarkable results.
Dit you get my previous sent envelopes last year?
best wishes,
Ruud Janssen
Comment by De Villo Sloan on February 3, 2013 at 1:53pm Great performance piece! I can't help but see many different things happening on different levels, including extreme image redundancy or I think the deconstructionists call it "surplus signification." Thought provoking. Fun
Comment by Ruud Janssen on February 3, 2013 at 12:08pm The prints are sent out through the network......... The final result of this performance.
Instead of sticking stickers on paper, I printed them on paper. I like the play of conversion techniques.....
