LIMITE, SCAMBIO, SEGNO
LIMIT, EXCHANGE, SIGN
A tribute for the city of Portogruaro through a project involving art through mail. The keywords chosen as the theme are the motif of its foundation, joined in a common flow.

Limit
border between earth and water,
the river harbor and the trade routes,
the channels and the gardens of the palaces,
a constant reference to a change in system, material and colour.

Exchange
not only of goods but also of colours and scents,
artistic and architectural influences,
mutual knowledge, therefore culture.

Sign
a condition of consent expressed in gesture, the conclusion of an agreement,
a trace superimposed on many others:
whose meaning is beyond the sum of the parts.

Project by Rizoo Group, Tiziana Baracchi and Pro Loco di Portogruaro
Format and dimension of work:
square of maximum size 21 X 21 cm
No e-mail

No returns, no jury, no fee, no sales

Mail Art 2009 Greece exhibit opens on Tuesday night, Dec.1
...wish you were here, Rod!
Well, as you can see from the poster, etc., you beautiful face has not been used for publicity. :-(
But, this image will be on display at the exhibit...near the table with the wine and catering, ok? Many thanks for letting us use it, sorry that the university went for an image of the "Tower" on the poster instead. ( and not Art Tower or Test Tower, even).
Sending you a poster/documentation in the mail...along with Christmas greetings, too.
Smile :-)

Rod,
Yeah, the other video is alot like alot of people since 9/11. Actually, it wasn't a smoked salmon sandwich, frog leg soup! No, not really. So, my ex-wife worked in a very high and mighty restaurant, the chef decides to make frog leg soup, she goes into the kitchen and announces " what's that smell", the head chef says "frog leg soup" and the ex retorts " smells more like it's between the frog's leg soup".

Dear Rod, What did happen to Peter Below? Or Bart Boumanns? Or Sonja van der Berg. Or Tibor Papp. Or Kurt Thaler. Did you see my note last week? I had asked Luc Fierens about Michel Champendal, only to find out he'd comitted suicide this past spring.
Liked the falcon (?) photo. I had lunch with a great blue heron recently. Actually I was eating my lunch near a small pond and the heron impalled a bull frog. He'd drop the frog and spear it with it's beak repeatedly, about 30x to make sure the frog was good and dead.
Steve
