Thank you for your inspiring comment! I have a whole series of self portraits, using reflective surfaces. I prefer the indirectness over in your face selfies and the added bonus of the reflected visuals.

Thanks for the letter, Martha. This site is easily accessible, so I trust that your access will be restored soon.

My laptop is dead! This laptop contained photographs, poems, my books, everything else. I will buy new equipment after the end of the epidemic.

I wish you good and creative days! The kindest wishes.

Hi Martha, sorry you have trouble here at ning, hope the problems are resolved soon. Your beautiful "Greek GOLD" arrived in a fun foldilope and soon I hope something will come for your Trolley Gallery :-)

I have to wear the steel back brace until Nov. 30, but doing fine, no pain, no spams, and I can make mail art, and blog :-) No need to go out of the house, as of today we are back in lockdown...spike in Covid cases in Greece now as well. And we are very far away from the Greek island of Samos and the coast of Turkey, so we did not feel the earthquake. It is very hard for all those in that area, and with the virus raging, too. So  sad.

You take care, stay safe,

See you in the mail xxx

But where can I find your blog?

Hello, Martha. I would like to see Your online blog. I believe Your blog contains a large collection of correspondence that you have received in recent years.

In Moscow, it would be impossible to walk around with works of art attached to a bag - it's raining! The rain washes away the dust, but it doesn't wash away our fears; people around us are afraid of the virus, which returns like the biblical locust. In this situation, I need to take care of my parents ' health and not forget about my work... I wish you a successful October vacation, when you can not care about the received mail or blog, but only contemplate the space. It's as if everything is gone, and there is only the joy of being.

Thanks Martha, I don't want to stop making collages in any way. I just wanted to take fewer photos of mail and spend less time on the Internet. Life is changing, and I will have to learn to save time, become more frugal. All this in order to have more time to work at the artist's Desk!

I must say that Google Translate works perfectly! He's smart!

Dear Martha, thank You for your appreciation of my collage and for publishing it in the group. I am very pleased!

I must say that I love the winter landscape that is placed on the postage stamp. I recognize the Moscow of my boyhood. I went to school in the half-light, it was getting light, I could see the dome of the Church... bare tree... a string of workers ... snow ... it was just like that. Today, the city has changed, it has been greatly modernized, it has become less proletarian and more cramped.

Most importantly, there is a sky over Moscow that makes me think about flying. I my collages talk about flying into the sky. Thank You, dear Martha.

Thank you Martha.

I suddenly remembered my brief trip to London in 2000. It was in may, just like today. We were visiting the Russian Bishop Anthony (Bloom) of Sourozh. We also lived for a couple of weeks in the University city of Cambridge. I have the most beautiful memories!

Thank you - and I already made my first shopping tour through Walmarth to get some laughs. Wasn't disappointed, well stocked!
