You're welcome, Cousin Neil, or Nils!! Did you know that we've been chosen as the main dancers for the new Latvian Ballet, Chook Lake?? Start practicing your pirouettes and demi plie-s!! And stock up on pain killers, ha ha ha!! Do your tights still fit?
First, everything that went along with the add and pass were offerings of peace — I'm not sure how you greet add/pass pieces.
As far as being behind on mail art to me; oh please don't feel that way, you owe me nothing and are in no debt to me. So chill, take a breath and have a another cup of coffee — make it decaf if you need to — and read a book or something. You can tell me how it ends.
The bookmark — Adam is my son, we have been clearing out old files and he wanted to jettison about 99% of his k-12 work. I rifled through a lot of his stuff and squirreled it away for 'future use.' I'm a total pack rat. The Chinese time card, ya, isn't that cool? Hope you can use it for some fun.
Neil--I so miss your sunny bright light comments and prescence here. I think of you every time I get one of those window envelopes. Dkult Chaplain Dew Drop--there have been some thefts of the collection plate lately--luckily it was all counterfeit as we don't allow real money inside the complex. Greed, lust, and power are in clear violation of the 'we are scum--stay humble' clause (great additon btw) you are loved!!!
p.s. Isn't that old Poland stamp the best? Never saw it in my life, before it turned up on an ebay auction. Not sure it's noticeable in general, but I love it and am glad you see it. There is a sheet of maybe 30 of them.
Oh yes, the old insulation! I'm glad you like that icing. :--} There is precious little of it, and not sure what will become of the rest, but now it doesn't matter because you appreciate it. (The rest WILL show up in work from here one way or another.) Thanks Neil, and I agree with you completely, sciatica be damned. It is only one fragment of life and we must keep it that way! Shalom---
Neil baby, it arrived and I love that thing. One of the best packagings still out there! Great trashpo you made with it, Thank You. Am behind, but have begun blogging again, and you're up soon with 3 pieces!
DharmaDaDa Neil, great to hear from you brother, and you are an Eternal Network brother for sure & forever. Two responses:
(1) I received your m-a. Deepest thanks. I'm buried this fall in worldly things, but I am putting together my "Conceptual Trashpo" essay, which will be shared here at IUOMA. Of course the essay will contain numerous examples, and I am holding on to your work for inclusion. The next Trashpo newsletter will contain EXCLUSIVE coverage of DK's secret marriage to KDJ - yip, the cat is out of the closet. You're on the list, so you'll receive a copy (when I can finish the damned thing).
(2) Thx for the birthday wish, BUT Oct. 31 is Dark wall's birthday (for real in real life). His old profile & mine are slightly confused at IUOMA. Of course Dark wall's presences shall never grace the IUOMA pages again. However, Dw thanks you for the birthday wish.
Yes, one last Campbell's offering from my month of soup cans . . . Not sure if it was Paul who blew his mind out in a car — but I'm sure Paul had his mind blow in many places, maybe even in a car, or in a box with a fox — and I'm pretty sure John was the Walrus . . . Perhaps it was also John that strolled along the shore with the Carpenter and lured the tiny oysters out from their beds and onto the bread.
Hi Neil!!! Got your trasheriffic mail yesterdeee, thanks! What a nice surprise, (nice is a bit of a weak word isn't it?) I was flabbergasted by the 3 trash cards! That's better!!!! AND all reversible!!
Miss you too, where are you? Are you going ok? I'll be sending mail your way soon, so you won't miss me for long, dear boy! ;-)))

Yes Neil--I genuinely see it that way, and to think how much of it I used to just hide away--until mail art. It brings much to fruition . . .
Have you checked out your handwriting lately? Maybe it's too trashpo for the USPS. Not for me, though. :--]
shhhhhh, keep that card "secret" for a few more days, Neil...
others will be opening theirs and be surprised!
'Glad it arrived ahead of time, and enjoy "tea time"! xxx
