Love the card you sent me! Classic TrashPoetry!!!! On the scrap of the map on the card is "south Windham,Ct" I used to live near there in Willimantic! Cool Robert frost stamps also!!!

You ask i) where in France is Sigean? Well, it's a little village (pop about 5000) midway between Narbonne & Perpignan, on the main road south (east of France) to Barcelona in Spain. ii) and have I always lived in Spain? Nope, I'm a Brit, but haven't lived in England since 1977 -- since then I spent almost a year in Denmark, 24 years living in Holland (Rotterdam & Maastricht) and the last 10 years here in Sigean where I moved when I was made redundant. It's great here! I know nothing about Waldwick -- is it interesting? I'll be mailing you something back soon, meanwile ...thanks again & regards, Val

Bonjour Erica! Thanks for the lil painted card -- in it's simplicty, it's very appealing. I don't know whether to view it horizontally or vertically (the card, not me!), but either way it's nice. The white 'things' running along the diagonal are either i) road division markings, ii) the One-Legged Beast of Waldwick's foot marks, or iii) ...dunno.

Anyway, it's great.

I'll be mailing you something back soon -- when I can drag myself away from the local beach and get semi-organised again.
