Oh my word! Your house looks amazing! built 1645! WOW!The streets are awful narrow though! Not good for a claustrophobe. And the halcats on the card. A love of mine. I sailed halcats for a long time, then moved on to windsurfing. Now I'm teaching my kids to windsurf. fun. But the sport has died here. I live near a beautiful dam and when I was growing up the dam was FULL of halcats, hobicats and windsurfers (etc). Now - not so many and you cant get spare parts. an ad hoc solution to broken parts can always be made though... My dad named out halcat "Catharsis" . I love that name.Anyway - thanks for the 2 pieces of mail I received from you!
Some guy in Anaheim says thank you for the latest mail art. My mailbox is always a happier, sunnier place when Val drops something into it. Quechua; sounds fluxus, but it turns out to be an entire language. Yarp.
Hi Valentine! what a surprise in my mail box yesterday! you know...the beginning of this fairy tale is yours, infact the first version was told by French peasants in the 10th century. so thank you very much for your 'new' red riding hood, a tradition that go over years...
No nothing like that , I'm british , I just live here . And it won't change it's just our p.ms trying to destract use from the bad things he's done/doing , and it's election year. There's already been a vote and 78% said no change.
Hi Val...I saw the photos of your exhibit....Awesome and Congratulations!
Also received a wonderful mail art package from you...sticks and stones...thank you.. Will post and be seeing you in the mail soon...
HeHeHe...I found a sealed stamped addressed piece of mail to you from long ago. Of course I had to open it - but I will re seal and send. You will perceive from that letter that I must have been imbibing liquor at the time ( and obviously had a gulp or two near the end of it!). Anyway its quite funny. It was written before the blow up that shall not be mentioned - and I have an idea that I didn't send it because I was getting annoyed about the bickering! Sleeping dogs...
The not dissappearing,not transparent,not light sensitive,not invisible mail is not yet in existence - but it will come!
Do Not Open! is fabulous! Thanks!! I love playing with concepts/words - and you did it brilliantly! I sent a vaguely similar contribution to Zalop's illusory art exhibition some time ago ( not the same, but playing with the same sort of idea) . I will recreate it (more or less) for you, Erni and Vizma - since I think you 3 are the biggest fans of conceptual mail art!
Hey Val Mark: ferrets are largely kept in Canada as pets, although some use them to keep livestock barns free from rats and mice. As pets, they are often abandoned or given up. Pets here are disposable accessories. Ferrets are considered exotic and not a lot of people understand their care, so we formed a rescue group to educate, foster and rehome ferrets, in their forever homes.

“...take a photo of the street looking down the hill, you'll see no 1 better.”
@ValentineMarkHerman
#(My house is about 150 yards from the shop -- no doubt you'll find a photo of that too. Now there's a challenge for you!)
"Smoke! Enjoy!" I'm going to get up early one morning (I've been saying that for years) and graffiti under it "AND DIE!"
