Looks like it was on the post office's website, but I'm not sure if there was an ad campaign.

I wonder if anybody paid their bills with lipstick 'stamps'? Or maybe almost everyone is doing that on line now.

Again, "Wow"!!!!!!!!....should my fellow I.U.O.M.A. members care to note: ...... This offers some idea of just how "out of touch" & "crazy" the thinking is in the U.S. concerning the basic needs of it's own citizenship (not to even mention some other nameless countries).....me thinks that the Dutch just might be a little more closer to " getting it right". ... As Ms. Heleen de Vaan pointed out.....she had to go out & purchase extra lipstick & the males in Dutch society were compelled to do the same if they were to take this "Valentine" business seriously.
