Now for something amazingly different from Susan. Did Susan's Black and Red markers dry out? Is she on an art journey beyond time? Or has she been influenced by a muse from the dark side? I rest my case your honour.
Thank you Susan. And thanks to David too. For without whom this would have been created. Not to forget the Turkey growers either.
Comment
Not a collab, Katerina. I just supplied the Turkey World as collage fodder much as a farmer provides the soil with seeds.
Well that Kats certainly knows her foul. Red crop atop and all. ha ha
Me thinks I got the 1929 "House Beautiful " from David's bathroom ?
...along with other "certain elan slash savoir faire slash things" :-)
see:
BIG bits 'n pieces from David Stafford
With that RED crop atop...it is a rooster,
and a fine collab with Susan and David!
When the guest came over they were pleasantly surprised to find Turkey World in the bathroom along with copies ofThe House Beautiful from 1929. It showed a certain elan slash savoir faire slash things of that nature.
What else would one do with a 1946 Turkey growers magazine? Put it on your café table for when guest come over?
So why does the Turkey look like a chicken? Did Turkeys look like chickens in 1946?
You're welcome, Dean and Susan. And I'm glad to see Susan did something excellent with the source material.
