Selections from Circulaire 132 #402 and Arthole #1334

Nice to have another issue of Circulaire 132 in my mailbox again. Wonderful postage stamps as usual.

A really fantastic issue of Arthole. I only scanned a small portion of some of the amazing things in this issue. I was also happily surprised to see he'd included a write up on how to participate in my own assembling zine.
