Lol Kat, it was an experiment and I'm so glad they let it go through! You had sent me  noncanceled ones and I've always wondered if they would let you mail using other country postage.  I'm easily amused, but it makes my day when mail comes and the postage isn't cancelled.  won't all that laminated trash look great hanging on your wall?:_) I just wanted you to have a blast from Elgin's past and send you some authentic Elgin les garbage. It was my verson of sealing bugs in amber.DVS-I don't know if it's a real or fake shopping list. I tend to think fake but can't be sure. Another one is in another piece and I think it had Buffalo meat on there.

A DK in my mailbox today, too! Great trashpo and stamp-po....

How, oh how, did Diane send this from Elgin, Illinois, USA, with old Cat-stamp postage and GREEK postage? How does that US Poastal Service operate???

Great piece..all plastic-sealed to avoid germ contamination on foreign land. Thank you, DK!

No John Bennett shopping list :-(  But my Greek stamps!!!!

You mean that's an authentic John Bennett shopping list? Or a fake John Bennett shopping list? Authentic John Bennett shopping lists are rare - Karen Champlin has one. He sent me some money to cover postage for Project 26. I have John Bennett cashpo - top that

Glad it arrived Frieder. The shopping list is courtesy of John Bennett
