Received First Ever Hate Mail

I have no idea what this is in response to. Pretty sure I sent him one of my collages. I love that the "E Hate Mail Art" came with a Love stamp-oh, the irony. This definately had me thinking...

The way the tire ran over the head - surgical precision. It was right near the prison too. You have me on a roll. Did I tell you about the ear mail-art? I'm reading this academic book about Fluxus. And there was this Fluxus mail-artist - I think someone fairly well known - who stole a human ear from a hospital and mailed it to a friend as a birthday present. You can't do stuff like that anymore.

Oh Man DK - I so wish you coulda been there. A few weeks ago I actually went out with the purpose of collecting trashpo. On the sidewalk in front of this Chinese restaurant - that doesn't offend anyone does it? - there is this dead rat the size of small pit bull. And someone had run over this thing with their car. Like the head is crushed, right? And, like, why is no one going in this restaurant, right? Is this some kind of advertisement? So I didn't have a camera but this thing was a monster. This thing was ART!

Wow! Yes! Let's put menus on the trashpo list. I think I failed the test. These numbers are swimming. I never did test well. Oh yeah, I used to get Meals on Wheels menus from people who volunteered. I'm definitely doing a Meals on Wheels series.

Hmmm that could definately explain it. DVS no slice and dice pleez still recovering from the hatmail. And feel free to send the bloodwork I actually just acquired a hospital menu and the thurs lunch special is eggplant parmesan. Erni. Cheaper than cheap is right trashpo is economical. For sure.

Hey, in the Punk Mail-Art Era it was not usual, even customary, to send brutal and insulting notes to your best friends along with equally crude and moronic mail-art. Maybe this is some retro thing. Anyone want me to send you an insulting letter? I do REALLY good ones.

Hey Angie, no didn't read his blog. I'm still just scratching my head over this. Ernie, I have absolutely no idea what he means by my taking a 'survey'. I must have made some random comment about the future of mail art, but honestly I really don't think I did. Great idea HAVM. Who was hating on your art? I consider sending and receiving mail art a loving act so this took me off guard.
