Finally my last batch of mail art done for the year - at least before Xmas. I've sent around twenty off. Phew! Time to celebrate! Not only do my IUOMA friends keep me busy but also others outside of our circle. But busy is not bad, no busy is great! It's great to keep creative. I've hidden them so you can't really make out who I'm sending these envelopes to. Now off to the post office. Skippity skip!

Thanks everyone! I have to keep the waistcoats in mind Stripygoose! Thanks Christine for liking the pic of the new "me" :P Sometimes I want to hang onto my envelopes because they mean quite a lot to me due to the amount of time and creative energy I've put into them. But I get great satisfaction creating an individual piece and letting it go. One piece of mail art at a time is great advice.

Taidgh,

I like the new picture of "you" on your page!  You should be proud of all your envelopes and letters.  Twenty is quite a quantity.  I am also "backlogged" with IUOMA...  One day at a time; one piece of mail art at a time.

They look like a ver happy bunch of letters! Well done!

Love those birdies too - and yes birds with crowns, crests, christmassy hats and also, for something that requires a bit of panache, perhaps a waistcoat : > )

Thanks Dustin! I'm happy to see the envelopes off. I've had them unfinished for sometime. The birds are my favourite thing to draw at the moment as they are relatively new characters. Some of the birds are very regal and they like to wear crowns. Also with the cold weather I've started to give them hats. Maybe a scarf is in order. :P

I'm thinking of a river of whiskey envelope. Could I attempt one and send it to you?

Those look great, Taidgh!! I dig the little birds.
