This is a FIRST: the Greek Post actually put a clear plastic "secure seal" around

a mail art package to protect it!

'Seen this with US Post and La Poste in France,

but this is a FIRST for HELLenic Post :-)

ΕΛΤΑ = ΕΛληνικό ΤΑχειδρομείο which translates to

Hellenic Post (with the Greek god, Hermes, Swift Messanger, as its symbol)

Hermes did a good job with delivery of this super nice parcel from Erni,

'Love the old German script on the packaging inside, too:

Oh, Erni!

It's a great poster...UHU "GLUE" and bar code and all! "Erni Palace":

But there is more:

EGGs ( and bunnies :-) and...chocolate?

...back-of-the-box...a word or two about meditation:

Me thinks that the EGGs might become additions to art for the Gallery of Colors project!

And 'love those bunnies xxx

and one tiny birdie:

'Having learned from Erni that one offers food to the Buddha...I placed the  chocolate as an offering...

until Buddha exclaimed: "Wait a minute, lady, I can't EAT this!"

Oh...I see, it is "Forever Chocolate"...made of WOOD!

Well, then i had to offer some REAL choco :-0

Ah, a wonderful fun parcel from Herr haptic Erni!

Danke muchly...xxx Kate

Oh, and the plastic bagging by the Greek post may have been because we had down pouring rain the other day, and maybe they were worried that the letters would get ruined??? Well, it was well taken care of  :-)

What ever happened to the choco for "Eat and Pass"?

Who wants an Erni "EAT 'n PASS"? (EAT ART and it is good!)

I have a choco bar or two to send out if anyone is interested :-)

Children have these "play" choco bars in their "shopping corner" in kindergartens.

Also phony fruit and veggies, etc.

Fun chocolate...it really looked real when I first opened the foil...but there was no aroma!
